RabbitFoRed (operating under the project name Neuronal) built the Synapse app as a commercial service to help MBBS students study smarter. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.
This policy complies with the Google Play Developer Policy, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA) 2023 (India), and general GDPR principles.
By downloading, installing, or using the Synapse app, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, please discontinue use of the Service immediately.
Where required by law, we will request your explicit consent before processing sensitive data (such as using your Advertising ID for personalised ads). You may withdraw consent at any time through your device settings or by contacting us.

Despite these measures, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong password for your Google account and enable 2-factor authentication.
Synapse is designed for MBBS students and medical professionals and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will immediately delete it. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with data, please contact us at quantum@theostrich.eu.org.
